Special Educator

We are seeking a dedicated Special Educator to plan and deliver individualised educational programmes for children with special needs.

Key Responsibilities

• Assess learning needs and develop Individualised Education Plans (IEPs)
• Deliver one-to-one and small-group educational sessions
• Implement structured and evidence-based teaching strategies
• Track progress and maintain accurate student records and reports
• Support behavioural, social, and functional skill development
• Communicate regularly with parents/caregivers
• Participate in center activities, meetings, and training

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Special Education or related field
• Minimum 3 years’ experience working with individuals with special needs
• Strong classroom management and organisational skills
• Ability to work in a structured centre-based setting
