Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Dermatologist with a valid MOH license to join our medical center on a full-time, purely revenue-sharing basis. This opportunity is ideal for a dermatologist who wishes to work independently with performance-based earnings while holding own visa sponsorship.

Key Responsibilities

• Diagnose and treat medical, surgical, and cosmetic dermatological conditions
• Manage skin, hair, and nail disorders in adult and pediatric patients
• Perform dermatological procedures such as chemical peels, biopsies, cryotherapy, PRP, laser treatments, and aesthetic procedures (as per license scope)
• Provide patient counseling on skin care, treatment plans, and preventive dermatology
• Prescribe medications and investigations in compliance with MOH regulations and insurance guidelines
• Maintain accurate electronic medical records (EMR)
• Ensure adherence to ethical medical practice, patient safety, and confidentiality
• Coordinate with nursing and support staff to ensure high-quality patient care

Eligibility & Requirements

• MBBS with MD / DDVL / equivalent specialization in Dermatology
• Valid MOH License (UAE) – mandatory
• Minimum 2 years of post-licensure experience preferred
• Own visa sponsorship required (family / spouse / golden visa, etc.)
• Experience in both clinical and aesthetic dermatology preferred
• Strong communication and patient-handling skills
• Willingness to work on a pure revenue-sharing / commission-based model

Compensation & Benefits

• Pure revenue-sharing basis (percentage to be mutually agreed)
• No fixed salary
• Clinic support including nursing staff, procedure room, equipment (as applicable), EMR, reception, and insurance coordination

Working Schedule

• Full-time as per MOH guidelines and medical center operational hours

• Immediate / As per mutual agreement
