Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role in Abu Dhabi, UAE, for a Training & Development Specialist/Lead. The role includes designing, delivering, and evaluating training programs to help employees build their skills. You will create training materials and curricula that align with the company’s goals and support continuous learning. You will also use instructional design methods and maintain clear communication to ensure training efforts support overall organizational needs.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Training & Development, including the ability to design and improve workplace learning initiatives.
• Strong Communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to effectively convey information and engage diverse audiences.
• Experience in Instructional Design and the ability to create and deliver structured and impactful training materials.
• Expertise in Training and Curriculum Development, with the ability to plan and implement educational resources aligned with organizational goals.
• Bachelor’s degree in Training and Development, Human Resources, or a related field.
• Experience in a healthcare or healthcare-adjacent environment is an advantage.
• 5–8 years of experience for Lead / specialist level is required or project‑ownership exposure.
