Specialist Sales and Application - Point of Care

Position Summary

Responsible for import and export operations in full compliance with UAE regulatory requirements and healthcare industry standards. This role ensures efficient coordination, accurate documentation, and seamless execution of logistics activities, particularly for temperature-sensitive and regulated medical products. The position plays a critical role in maintaining supply chain continuity and operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Independently manage and review all import and export documentation, maintain shipment tracking reports, and ensure full compliance with UAE customs regulations and healthcare authority requirements (MOHAP, Dubai Municipality, MOFAIC), including cold chain standards.
• Coordinate end-to-end shipment activities, including supplier and freight forwarder communication, pre-alerts, warehouse coordination, last-mile delivery, and resolution of shipment discrepancies.
• Handle regulatory processes such as MOFAIC invoice attestation and ensure accurate application of international shipping Incoterms.
• Handle logistics financial processes, including creation of Purchase Requisitions (PRs) in Oracle, verification of LSP invoices, recording logistics expenses, and maintaining accurate operational records.
• Provide cross-functional support to procurement, sales, warehouse teams, clearance agents, and Logistics Service Providers to ensure smooth and timely delivery operations.

Experience

• 4-6 years of experience in logistics, freight forwarding, healthcare supply chain operations.
• Strong knowledge of UAE import/export regulations and documentation processes.
• Familiarity with MOHAP, Dubai Municipality (DM), MOFAIC procedures, and Oracle systems.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other systems.
