Job Description We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Staff Nurse to join our Operation Theatre team. The ideal candidate will provide exceptional patient care during pre-operative, intra-operative, and post-operative phases, ensuring compliance with clinical standards and safety protocols.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and maintain the operation theatre and equipment before, during, and after surgical procedures.
• Assist the surgical team by providing instruments, supplies, and support during operations.
• Monitor patients' vital signs and provide appropriate care during surgery.
• Ensure strict adherence to infection control practices and sterilization protocols.
• Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to provide quality patient care.
• Maintain accurate documentation and patient records.
• Educate and counsel patients and families on post-operative care.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Nursing.
• Valid nursing license (MOH/DHA/HAAD or eligibility preferred).
• Minimum 2 years of experience in Operation Theatre nursing.
• Strong knowledge of surgical procedures, equipment, and sterile techniques.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
