Job Title: Structural Draftsman

Role Overview
We are seeking an experienced Structural Draftsman to produce accurate and detailed structural drawings for concrete and steel structures, ensuring compliance with engineering standards and project requirements.
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare structural drawings (plans, sections, elevations, and details) based on engineer designs and project needs.
- Develop reinforcement detailing (rebar shop drawings, bar bending schedules) for slabs, beams, columns, and foundations.
- Create structural steel detailing including shop drawings, connection details, and fabrication/erection drawings.
- Use Tekla Structures and related software for modeling and documentation.
- Ensure drawings comply with local/international codes and coordinate with Architectural & MEP teams.
- Support engineers with design, tender, IFC, and construction drawings, tracking revisions and maintaining registers.
- Assist in preparing as-built drawings and maintaining proper document control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s Degree in Civil Engineering
- Minimum 5 years of drafting experience (UAE experience required)
- Proficient in Structural & Reinforcement Detailing
- Strong communication and coordination skills

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
