Job Summary:

We are seeking experienced Structural Engineers with a minimum of 10 years of experience in the building construction domain, specifically high-rise projects (18+ floors). The candidate will be responsible for structural design, analysis, and coordination for large-scale residential and commercial tower projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Perform structural analysis and design for high-rise buildings (18+ floors).
• Prepare and review structural drawings, calculations, and BOQs.
• Coordinate with architects, MEP teams, and site engineers.
• Ensure compliance with UAE authority regulations and international design standards.
• Provide technical support during construction and resolve site-related structural issues.
• Review contractor submissions and ensure quality control.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s/Master’s Degree in Civil/Structural Engineering.
• Minimum 10 years of experience in high-rise building projects.
• Proficiency in ETABS, SAFE, STAAD or similar structural software.
• Strong knowledge of RCC and steel structure design.
• UAE experience preferred.
• Excellent coordination and communication skills.
