Job Summary

The Talent Acquisition Specialist is responsible for managing the full employee lifecycle, including end-to-end recruitment, onboarding, visa processing, licensing (if applicable), training and development coordination, and internal employee engagement activities. Given the company’s size, this role is expanded to ensure smooth HR operations and contribute to building a positive and productive work environment.

Key Responsibilities

1. Full-Cycle Recruitment

  • Prepare and post job advertisements on various job portals and social media.
  • Coordinate with external recruitment agencies when needed.
  • Screen resumes, conduct initial interviews, and schedule final interviews with hiring managers.
  • Support in employment offer issuance and hiring decisions.

2.Visa and Work Authorization Processing

  • Handle the issuance and renewal of work visas, Iqamas, and labor permits.
  • Liaise with government portals and recruitment offices for expatriate hiring.
  • 3.Employee Onboarding:
  • Design and execute onboarding programs for new hires.
  • Prepare employment contracts, email accounts, ID cards, and onboarding documentation.
  • Introduce new employees to company policies, culture, and systems.

4.Professional Licensing Coordination

  • Follow up on licensing applications and renewals with relevant authorities (e.g., SCFHS for healthcare roles).
  • Ensure employee credentials are up to date and compliant.

5.Training and Development

  • Identify training needs and coordinate internal and external training sessions.
  • Maintain training records and monitor progress.
  • Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs.

6.Employee Engagement and Internal Events

  • Organize company events, social initiatives, and celebrations.
  • Support activities that enhance employee satisfaction and team spirit.

7.Performance Monitoring

  • Follow up with department managers on new hires during the probation period.
  • Collect feedback, evaluate progress, and recommend retention or separation actions.

8.General HR Support

  • Prepare regular reports related to hiring, onboarding, training, and employee engagement.
  • Handle any additional tasks assigned by the HR Manager relevant to the role.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field.
  • Minimum 2 years of experience in talent acquisition or HR generalist roles.
  • Solid knowledge of recruitment methods, onboarding practices, and Saudi labor law.
  • Experience using government HR platforms (e.g., GOSI, Qiwa, Muqeem) is a plus.
  • Strong interpersonal, communication, and organizational skills.
