Primary Job Responsibilities:

  • Mandatory to have healthcare experience. Ophthalmology background will be an advantage.
  • Supervise and support call center agents to deliver outstanding customer service.
  • Manage call center operations, including call routing, scheduling, and performance monitoring.
  • Train and develop team members to enhance their skills and knowledge.
  • Prepare MIS reports, analyze data.
  • Collect regular feedbacks from the patients.
  • Handle escalated calls and resolve customer complaints in a professional manner.
  • Collaborate with hospital departments to streamline communication processes.
  • Monitor call center metrics and implement strategies to improve performance.
  • Perform all related duties as assigned by Reporting Manager.

Experience:

  • Team handling: 2 years (Required)
  • Call Centre: 5 years (Required)

Language:

  • Arabic (Native Speakers Only) (Required)

Work Location: In person
