Telesales Executive_ Automotive

We are looking for a dynamic and target-driven Telesales Executive with experience in the automotive industry to handle outbound and inbound sales calls, generate leads, and convert inquiries into business.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle inbound and outbound calls to promote automotive products/services
• Generate and qualify leads, converting them into sales opportunities
• Follow up with potential and existing customers to close sales
• Maintain strong customer relationships and ensure high satisfaction
• Achieve monthly sales targets and KPIs
• Update CRM with accurate customer and sales data

Requirements

• Minimum 1–2 years of telesales experience (automotive preferred)
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Knowledge of automotive services, spare parts, or vehicles is an advantage
• Target-oriented with a proactive approach
• Familiarity with CRM systems

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
