Role Description The Telesales Specialist is a full-time, on-site role based at Be You Clinic in Dubai. This role involves making outbound and receiving inbound calls to engage potential and existing clients, introducing Be You Clinic’s aesthetic services, and converting inquiries into appointments. The Telesales Specialist will qualify leads, provide accurate information about treatments and pricing, and follow up consistently to support the client decision-making process. Responsibilities include maintaining detailed records in the clinic’s CRM system, meeting individual and team sales targets, and collaborating with the front desk and clinical teams to ensure a seamless client experience. The specialist will also handle basic customer support inquiries, gather feedback from clients, and participate in periodic training to stay updated on services, promotions, and communication best practices.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service and Customer Support skills to handle inquiries, resolve concerns, and provide a positive client experience.
• Excellent Communication skills, including clear spoken and written English, active listening, and the ability to explain aesthetic services confidently and accurately.
• Proven Sales skills, with experience in telesales or call center environments and a track record of meeting or exceeding targets.
• Ability to participate in and apply Training, with openness to continuous learning about aesthetic treatments, offers, and sales techniques.
• Previous experience in healthcare, aesthetics, wellness, or beauty services is an advantage.
• Comfort using CRM or call management software and basic office applications.
• High level of professionalism, reliability, and ethical conduct, with a client-centered mindset.
• Fluency in English required; additional languages commonly spoken in Dubai are a plus.
