Therapy Education & Quality Lead

Capital Health is seeking a skilled and motivated Therapy Education & Quality Lead to enhance clinical excellence, staff development, and quality standards across inpatient therapy services. This role combines hands-on clinical practice with leadership in education, accreditation readiness, and evidence-based therapy care.

💼 Key Responsibilities:

• Lead therapy education, competency assessments, and clinical training programs for therapy staff.

• Ensure compliance with DOH, JCIA, CARF, and Magnet® standards.

• Develop and deliver educational workshops, in-service training, and internship programs.

• Conduct audits and support continuous quality improvement initiatives.

• Collaborate with biomedical, quality, and therapy teams to ensure equipment safety and clinical best practices.

• Participate in policy and procedure development for inpatient therapy.

• Provide specialized therapy care, manage a patient caseload, and contribute to interdisciplinary treatment planning.

• Support data collection and reporting for therapy KPIs, patient outcomes, and accreditation documentation.

✅ Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physiotherapy (Master’s preferred).

• Minimum 5 years of clinical therapy experience, including 1 year in education or quality.

• DOH license or eligibility (Physiotherapy).

• BLS certification.

• Strong knowledge of DOH, JCIA, CARF, and Magnet® standards.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and analytical skills.

• Proficiency in English; Arabic is an advantage.
