We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Trainer / Training Coordinator to train, manage and deliver professional development, compliance, and onboarding training within a healthcare setting. This role involves assessing training needs, developing curriculum and materials, facilitating both in-person and online sessions, and evaluating program effectiveness. The ideal candidate will have strong organizational and communication skills, hands-on training experience, and a solid understanding of healthcare and administrative processes, with a passion for learning and staff development.

As a Trainer, you will:

  • Deliver engaging in-person and virtual training sessions, including ASHI and Highfield International -certified programs.

  • Conduct hands-on training for clinical and non-clinical staff in BLS, ACLS, PALS, First Aid, Fire Safety, and Infection Control.

  • Assess participants' skills and knowledge through written and practical evaluations, providing constructive feedback.

  • Ensure training complies with accreditation, regulatory, and organizational standards.

  • Collaborate with department managers to identify training needs and customize programs for competency, compliance, and patient care quality.

As a Training Coordinator:

  • Develop, schedule, and manage training programs related to healthcare protocols, compliance, and professional development.
  • Coordinate onboarding training for new hires.
  • Collaborate with department heads to assess and identify training needs.
  • Track and maintain training records and certifications.
  • Ensure all training materials are current and aligned with healthcare standards and regulations.
  • Monitor and report on training outcomes and suggest improvements.

✅ Requirements

  • Minimum 2 years of experience in a training coordination or training delivery role, preferably in a healthcare or corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational, planning, and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and/or training management software.
  • Knowledge of healthcare operations or DOH (Department of Health) compliance is an advantage.

🎓 Qualifications

  • Degree or diploma in Healthcare Administration, Education, or any related field.
  • Certifications or instructor credentials from ASHI, Highfield International, or equivalent recognized training bodies.
  • Experience delivering training in hospitals, clinics, or healthcare-related organizations.
