Role Description

We are looking for a Course Advisor to join our growing Aesthetic Medicine Academy. This role is ideal for someone who is confident, sales-driven, and passionate about the aesthetics and beauty education industry.

Key Responsibilities

• Advise prospective students on aesthetic medicine courses and training programs
• Actively sell courses through consultations, follow-ups, calls, and online inquiries
• Understand client needs and recommend suitable programs
• Maintain strong relationships with leads and enrolled students
• Manage inquiries from social media, WhatsApp, phone, and email
• Achieve monthly sales targets and contribute to academy growth
• Coordinate with trainers and administration for smooth student onboarding

Required Skills & Experience

• Minimum 1 year of experience working in an Aesthetic Medicine Academy or Beauty Training Institute
• Strong sales skills are essential (course sales, consultative selling, closing deals)
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Confident, persuasive, and customer-focused personality
• Ability to work with targets and KPIs
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and courses is a strong advantage
