Job Description

Alain Medical Center is seeking an experienced Urologist to join our team on a pure revenue-sharing basis. The ideal candidate will be skilled in diagnosing and managing a wide range of urological conditions while ensuring high standards of patient care.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive evaluations of patients with urinary tract and male reproductive system conditions.
• Diagnose and manage kidney stones, urinary infections, prostate-related disorders, and other urological diseases.
• Perform minor urological procedures within clinic scope.
• Request and interpret relevant diagnostic tests (ultrasound, lab tests, imaging, etc.).
• Develop treatment plans and provide follow-up care.
• Maintain proper documentation in accordance with MOH standards.
• Work collaboratively with other specialists for integrated patient care.

Requirements

• Valid MOH License or Eligibility (required).
• Proven experience in urology practice.
• Strong clinical decision-making and diagnostic skills.
• Arabic language skills – an advantage.
• Own visa – an advantage.
• Ability to work independently under a revenue-sharing model.

Compensation

• Revenue-sharing only (no fixed salary).
• Attractive percentage sharing will be discussed during the interview.

Job Type: Part-time

Pay: From AED1,000.00 per month

Expected hours: 8 per week
