We are currently seeking a skilled and dedicated Urology Nurse to join our multidisciplinary team.

Position: Urology Nurse

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

Employment Type: Full‑time

Key Responsibilities

• Provide specialized nursing care to patients with urological conditions in outpatient, inpatient, and procedural settings.
• Assist urologists with diagnostic procedures, cystoscopies, catheterizations, and minor surgical interventions.
• Perform pre‑ and post‑procedure assessments, monitoring, and patient education.
• Manage and support patients with urological catheters, stents, urinary drainage systems, and continence issues.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and ensure compliance with hospital policies and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with physicians and allied healthcare professionals to deliver high‑quality patient care.
• Educate patients and families on treatment plans, medication usage, and lifestyle practices related to urological health.

Qualifications & Requirements

• Bachelor’s Degree in Nursing (BScN) or equivalent from an accredited institution.
• Valid UAE DOH/HAAD license or eligibility for licensing.
• Minimum 2 years of clinical experience in urology or related specialty.
• Strong knowledge of urology procedures, instrumentation, infection control, and patient care protocols.
• Excellent communication, patient‑handling, and critical‑thinking skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a fast‑paced, multidisciplinary team environment.
