Job description

• Welcome patients, vendors, pharmaceutical representatives, and other visitors to our practice.
• Maintaining Safety and wellbeing of our patients while in the waiting area.
• Answer patient questions and provide assistance and directions when necessary.
• Answering phone calls from customers professionally and responding to customer inquiries and complaints.
• Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for our patients
• Gather feedback from customers and share with management
• Collaborate with team members
• assist in sales and adding value to the clinic.
• processing payments for customer visits, and other products/services in a timely manner.
• assisting in receiving, and stocking of supplies/products and entering their details

Qualifications

• 2+ years of experience working in a customer service role.
• Friendly and compassionate disposition.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Fluency in English. Other languages will be an advantage.
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Computer skills- MS Office
• Ability to work independently or as part of a team

Flexibility with a can do attitude and the ability to think quickly and adapt to ever changing environments
