Role Overview

FAYY Health is looking for a full-time, in-house Website, SEO & Paid Ads Specialist to take ownership of our digital performance across website management, organic growth, and paid advertising.

This role is not agency-based. We are looking for someone hands-on, detail-oriented, and performance-driven who can work closely with management and internal teams to grow patient acquisition and brand visibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Website Management

• Manage and continuously improve the FAYY Health website (structure, speed, UX, content updates).

• Coordinate with designers/developers when needed and handle minor updates independently.

• Ensure website accuracy, compliance, and premium brand presentation.

• SEO (Local & International)

• Develop and execute SEO strategy (on-page, technical, and off-page).

• Optimize service pages, doctor pages, and content for medical keywords.

• Manage Google Search Console, analytics, indexing, and ranking improvements.

• Focus on local SEO (Dubai / UAE) and selected international markets.

Paid Advertising

• Plan, launch, and manage Google Ads, Meta (Instagram/Facebook), and retargeting campaigns.

• Optimize ad performance, budgets, ROAS, CPL, and conversion tracking.

• ⁠Coordinate landing pages and funnels with website structure.

• ⁠Produce regular performance reports with clear insights and recommendations.

Reporting & Strategy

• Track KPIs: leads, conversions, cost per lead, bookings, ROI.

• ⁠Provide weekly and monthly performance reports to management.Proactively suggest growth opportunities and campaign improvements.

Required Experience & Skills

3–6+ years experience in website management, SEO, and paid ads.

Strong experience in healthcare, medical, aesthetic, or premium services is a major advantage.

Proven results in lead generation and conversion optimization.

Hands-on experience with:

Google Ads

Meta Ads Manager

Google Analytics / GA4

Google Search Console

SEO tools (Ahrefs, SEMrush, Screaming Frog, or similar)

Strong understanding of user journeys and patient acquisition funnels.

Ability to work independently and take ownership.
