Accountant

We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Accountant with experience in the healthcare industry and proficiency in Sage 50 accounting software. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing financial records, ensuring compliance with accounting standards, and supporting the management team with accurate financial reporting and analysis.

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update financial records, ledgers, and statements in Sage 50.

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports.

• Manage accounts payable and receivable processes.

• Reconcile bank statements and ensure accuracy of all financial data.

• Handle payroll processing and employee expense claims.

• Prepare VAT returns and ensure compliance with UAE financial regulations.

• Support external audits by providing necessary documentation.

• Monitor cash flow and assist in budgeting and forecasting.

• Ensure timely and accurate billing for healthcare services.

• Collaborate with management to optimize financial operations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in accounting, Finance.

• Accounting experience in the healthcare sector.

• Strong knowledge of Sage 50 accounting software.

• Familiarity with UAE VAT laws and healthcare billing systems.

• Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.

• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and other accounting tools.

• Strong analytical and communication skills.
