Role Description

We are seeking a highly organized and experienced Accountant to join our Finance team in Dubai. This is a full-time, on-site position responsible for managing day-to-day accounting operations, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, payroll support, and regulatory compliance. The ideal candidate will have strong experience in financial management and be capable of supporting business decision-making through accurate reporting and financial analysis.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage day-to-day accounting transactions and maintain accurate financial records.
• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
• Prepare and monitor budgets and financial forecasts.
• Prepare and reconcile WPS (Wage Protection System) payroll files in coordination with HR.
• Prepare and manage LPOS (Local Purchase Orders) and monitor related expenditures.
• Prepare Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Statement, Cash Flow Statement, and other management reports.
• Perform bank reconciliations and reconcile general ledger accounts.
• Manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
• Process supplier invoices, payments, and customer invoicing.
• Monitor cash flow and support financial planning activities.
• Ensure compliance with UAE accounting standards, VAT regulations, and company policies.
• Assist with internal and external audits.
• Coordinate with banks, auditors, government authorities, and other external stakeholders.
• Support management with financial analysis and ad hoc reporting as required.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum 3–5 years of accounting experience, preferably in the UAE.
• Strong knowledge of budgeting, financial forecasting, WPS payroll preparation, LPOS, Balance Sheet preparation, Profit & Loss reporting, and management reporting.
• Experience with accounting software and ERP systems.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Excellent analytical, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• High level of accuracy and attention to detail.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• CPA, ACCA, CMA, or equivalent professional qualification is an advantage.
• Previous experience in the healthcare, medical, or aesthetic industry is preferred.
