Aesthetic Clinic- Call Center Executive

Key Responsibilities

• Answer inbound calls and respond to patient inquiries
• Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments
• Provide accurate information about aesthetic treatments, pricing, and promotions
• Follow up with leads and existing patients to maximize bookings
• Maintain accurate patient records in the system
• Deliver high-quality customer service at all times

Qualifications

• Previous call center, clinic, or customer service experience preferred
• Excellent verbal communication and interpersonal skills
• Strong sales, persuasion, and follow-up skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and scheduling software
• Professional phone etiquette and positive attitude
• Interest or background in aesthetics, skincare, or beauty is an advantage
