Aesthetic Clinic Sales Coordinator

About the Role

We are looking for a confident, customer-focused, and sales-driven Aesthetic Clinic Sales Coordinator to join our team. This role plays an important part in ensuring every patient receives excellent service from consultation to treatment while helping patients understand and proceed with the most suitable treatment plans.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as the main point of communication between patients, doctors, nurses, and the reception team.
• Meet with patients after their consultation to explain the recommended treatment plan in a clear and professional manner.
• Educate patients on treatment benefits, pricing, packages, and expected outcomes.
• Build trust with patients and confidently guide them toward booking treatments.
• Follow up with consultation patients through phone calls, WhatsApp, and email to encourage treatment conversion.
• Coordinate appointments and treatment schedules with the reception team.
• Ensure smooth communication between all departments to provide an excellent patient experience.
• Maintain accurate records of patient inquiries and follow-ups.
• Assist in achieving monthly sales and clinic revenue targets.
• Handle patient concerns professionally and escalate when necessary.
• Promote ongoing offers, treatment packages, and membership programs.
• Prepare treatment quotations and coordinate with the clinic team regarding patient care.

Requirements

• Previous experience in sales, patient coordination, or customer service (aesthetic or healthcare experience preferred).
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Strong sales and negotiation abilities.
• Ability to explain aesthetic treatments confidently and professionally.
• Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask.
• Positive attitude with a passion for delivering exceptional patient care.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office and clinic management systems (experience with EMR/CRM is an advantage).

Preferred Skills

• Experience in an aesthetic clinic, dermatology clinic, or medical center.
• Knowledge of aesthetic treatments and skincare procedures.
• Experience handling patient consultations and treatment conversions.
• Ability to work toward monthly KPIs and sales targets.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED7,000.00 per month
