Position: Receptionist (Arabic Speaker)

Key Responsibilities

• Greet and assist clients with warmth and professionalism
• Manage appointments, calls, and inquiries in both Arabic and English
• Coordinate with medical and aesthetic teams to ensure smooth client flow
• Handle administrative tasks such as billing and scheduling

Requirements

• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Previous experience in a clinic, spa, or hospitality setting preferred
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
