We are a diversified multi-entity group operating across healthcare, diagnostics, HR and related services, with teams spread across India and international locations (including GCC and Asia). We are looking for a hands-on Project Manager / Project Coordinator to support the Director in driving multiple cross-functional projects across HR, IT, Operations, Customer Service, Corporate Communications and other group functions.

This is not a subject-matter expert role. You will succeed if you can deeply understand requirements, structure them into clear plans, coordinate multiple stakeholders, and take ownership for on-time delivery across entities and geographies.

Key responsibilities

  • Work closely with the Directors and functional heads to understand project objectives, scope and success measures, and translate them into clear plans, milestones and deliverables.
  • Build and maintain project schedules (timelines, dependencies, RAG status), proactively tracking progress across multiple teams and locations.
  • Coordinate with HR, IT, Operations, Customer Service and Corporate Communications to ensure tasks are clearly understood, owners are aligned and follow-through happens.
  • Identify risks, issues and dependencies early; escalate with options/solutions and drive closure with stakeholders.
  • Prepare concise weekly and monthly status updates, dashboards and presentations for leadership, highlighting progress, delays and decisions required.
  • Ensure project documentation (requirements, MOMs, plans, change logs, closure reports) is updated, accurate and accessible.
  • Support continuous improvement of templates, trackers and ways of working for group-level project management.

Mandatory skills & competencies

A. Core project management skills

  • Planning & tracking: Proven ability to create and manage project plans, milestones and task lists using tools like MS Excel, MS Project or similar, with experience tracking multiple projects in parallel.
  • Stakeholder coordination: Strong experience coordinating with multiple functions (HR / IT / Operations / etc.), scheduling and driving meetings, and ensuring agreed actions are closed.
  • Risk & issue management: Ability to spot potential delays or conflicts early, maintain risk/issue logs and drive mitigation or escalation.
  • Reporting & documentation: High comfort with creating structured status reports, dashboards and clear minutes of meetings; strong written communication skills.

B. Behavioral competencies

  • Ownership mindset: Talks and acts in terms of outcomes, not just tasks; takes responsibility to “make it happen” across teams, not just pass messages.
  • Communication skills: Excellent spoken and written English; able to summarize complex multi-team situations into simple, crisp updates for senior leadership.

Tools & technical skills (mandatory)

  • Strong proficiency in MS Excel, PowerPoint and Word for trackers, dashboards and presentations.
  • Hands-on experience with at least one project / task management tool (e.g. Jira, Trello, Asana, ClickUp, Bitrix24 or equivalent).
  • Comfortable working with shared drives, online collaboration tools and basic data analysis (sorting, filters, pivot tables).

Preferred Skills

  • Experience in multi-entity or group company environments, especially across GCC + Asia or similar regions.
  • Exposure to healthcare, diagnostics, recruitment or service businesses.
  • Formal training or certification in project management (PMP, PRINCE2, Agile/Scrum) is a plus but not mandatory.

Qualifications & experience

  • Graduate in any discipline; MBA/PGDM preferred but not mandatory.
  • Total experience: 4–7 years.
  • At least 3 years in project coordination / project management roles handling cross-functional projects (not just single-team internal projects).
