Role Description
This is a full-time on-site role for an Assistant Manager Human Resources at Sidra Home Healthcare in Dubai. The Assistant Manager Human Resources will be responsible for managing day-to-day HR operations, implementing HR policies and procedures, overseeing recruitment and onboarding processes, ensuring compliance with labor laws, conducting employee training and development programs, and maintaining employee records.
Qualifications
- Experience in HR operations, policies, and procedures
- Knowledge of labor laws and regulations
- Experience in recruitment and onboarding processes
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Excellent organizational and time management skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field
- Professional certification in HR is a plus
