Assistant Manager Information Technology

• Oversee the day-to-day IT operations, ensuring smooth functioning of hardware, software, and network infrastructure, including troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Manage and maintain IT budgets, track expenditures, and forecast future IT needs, optimizing resource allocation and cost-effectiveness.
• Lead and mentor IT support staff, providing guidance, training, and performance evaluations to foster a high-performing team.
• Implement and enforce IT security policies and procedures to protect sensitive data and systems from cyber threats.

Desired Candidate Profile

• Possesses a Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Demonstrates 5+ years of experience in IT, with at least 2 years in a leadership or supervisory role.
• Holds relevant certifications such as CompTIA A+, Network+, Security+, or Microsoft Certified Professional (MCP).
• Exhibits strong knowledge of network infrastructure, including TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP, and firewalls.
