About the Role

Prepaire Labs is looking for an Audit Manager to oversee audits, financial controls, and compliance across organization.

This role is ideal for someone with a strong audit background who can operate across a multi-entity, international structure and work closely with both internal teams and external auditors.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead internal and external audits across UAE and US entities
• Act as the main point of contact for external auditors
• Ensure audit readiness, documentation, and timely reporting
• Strengthen and maintain internal controls and governance frameworks
• Support group reporting and consolidation
• Oversee intercompany transactions and cross-entity coordination
• Drive process improvements across finance operations

Requirements

• 5–8+ years of audit experience (Big 4 or top firm preferred)
• Strong experience with IFRS
• Exposure to US entities / US GAAP / international audits is preferred
• Experience with multi-entity or group structures
• ACCA / CPA / CA or equivalent qualification

Nice to Have

• Familiarity with PCAOB standards
• Experience in biotech / healthcare / regulated environments
• Exposure to IPO readiness or investor reporting

• Strong stakeholder management (internal teams + external auditors)
• High attention to detail with structured, process-driven thinking
• Ability to operate in a fast-paced, scaling environment
• Clear communication across finance, operations, and leadership teams
