BCBA - position in a specialist multidisciplinary clinical team committed to offering patient-centred, evidence based and compassionate care to international standards

Responsibilities includes but not limited to:

  • Conduct comprehensive functional behavior assessments (FBA) and skill assessments.
  • Develop and implement individualized behavior intervention plans (BIPs) and skill acquisition programs.
  • Monitor client progress and make data-driven decisions to modify programs as needed.
  • Supervise and train ABA therapists and RBTs in implementing behavior intervention strategies.
  • Collaborate with parents, caregivers, and multidisciplinary team members to support client goals.
  • Provide parent training sessions and promote generalization of skills to home and community settings.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date clinical documentation in compliance with regulatory and organizational standards.
  • Ensure adherence to BACB ethical guidelines and UAE regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in team meetings, case reviews, and professional development activities.

Qualifications and Requirements

  • Master’s degree in Applied Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field.
  • Current certification as a Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) in good standing.
  • Minimum 5 years of clinical experience working with individuals with ASD or related developmental disorders.
  • DHA/CDA License or eligibility (preferred).
  • Strong knowledge of ABA principles, data collection, and behavior intervention methodologies.
  • Excellent communication, leadership, and problem-solving skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively in a multidisciplinary environment.
