Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Dubai, United Arab Emirates, for a Behavioral Therapist. The Behavioral Therapist will be responsible for implementing behavior intervention plans, using techniques grounded in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) to address behavioral challenges. Day-to-day responsibilities include assessing individual needs, working with children to develop positive behaviors, and collaborating with families and other professionals to ensure progress. The role also involves documenting and monitoring progress and providing consistent support to meet therapeutic goals.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Applied Behavior Analysis (ABA) and Behavior Analysis techniques
• Strong understanding of Psychology principles and theories
• Exceptional Interpersonal Skills to work collaboratively with families and teams
• Passion and experience in Working With Children in therapeutic or educational settings
• Ability to create individualized plans and monitor measurable progress
• Bachelor’s degree in Psychology, Behavioral Sciences, or related field (Master's degree preferred)
• Relevant certifications in ABA or behavioral therapy are a plus
