Job Summary

As a Bike Messenger, you will be responsible for the safe, timely, and professional delivery of medical items, documents, and supplies across Dubai. This role plays a critical part in ensuring smooth coordination between our medical team and patients.

Bike riders in Dubai are expected to maintain speed, efficiency, and customer service standards, while strictly following traffic and safety regulations.

Key Responsibilities

• Pick up and deliver medical items, documents, and supplies to various locations
• Ensure on-time delivery and proper handling of items
• Follow assigned routes using Google Maps or navigation apps
• Maintain professional communication with patients and staff
• Follow all UAE traffic laws and safety regulations
• Coordinate with the operations team for daily schedules
• Maintain cleanliness and proper condition of your bike

Requirements

• Valid UAE Motorcycle Driving License (mandatory)
• Good knowledge of Dubai roads and locations
• Ability to use mobile apps for navigation and updates
• Basic English communication skills
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours

Preferred Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bike rider / courier / delivery driver
• Experience working in healthcare or logistics is an advantage
• Strong sense of responsibility and time management

Bike messenger roles in Dubai often require long working hours and efficiency in high-demand environments, making reliability and consistency essential.

Contract length: 24 months

Pay: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month

Expected hours: No more than 72 per week
