  • Position: Business Excellence & Engagement – Healthcare Field Role

Location: Abu Dhabi, UAE

  • The Business Engagement & Excellence Coordinator role provides vital support in implementing engagement and experience activities and ensuring daily processes run smoothly. The purpose is to assist in patient and stakeholder interactions, report observations, and contribute to continuous improvement, ensuring patients and stakeholders consistently experience reliable and supportive journeys. The ultimate purpose of this role is to expand access strategies among the globe to maximize patient medical benefits.
    Duties and Responsibilities:
  • Collect and log stakeholder feedback and insights
  • Support departmental initiatives to monitor local stakeholder experience and satisfaction.
  • Assist in local surveys and gather data on stakeholder experience.
  • Identify operational issues in the patient journey and report to supervisors.
  • Conduct visits to stakeholders to raise program awareness and optimize programs' performance
  • Coordinate stakeholder participation and patient involvement in newly offered services.
  • Record operational feedback and assist in preparing local reports.
  • Support communication of new practices to team members.
  • Attend and assist with logistics and coordination for local events.
  • Collect and accurately report stakeholder/patient insights that highlight performance gaps.
  • Support optimization activities at the site level.
  • Collaborate with teams to solve day-to-day challenges.
  • Maintain engagement consistency to reinforce programs' credibility.
  • Conduct regular visits to regional stakeholders to strengthen relationships and grow a base of advocates for Axios.
  • Maintain and update advocate contact lists and tracking tools.
  • Assist senior staff in events designed to recognize and retain advocates.
  • Support communication with stakeholder's post-visit to strengthen advocacy ties.
  • Ensure strong understanding and implementation for international standards and applicable polices related to Axios offering and services.
  • Comply with all applicable laws and regulations and Axios code of conduct
  • Ensure to empower the awareness related to escalation for deviation and non-compliance
  • Support and monitor the governance for all Axios operations
  • Follow SOPPs precisely in daily operational activities.
  • Record and escalate complaints or concerns shared by stakeholders.
  • Gather feedback on satisfaction and experience during interactions and report to leads.
  • Support the implementation of corrective actions when issues are identified.
  • Provide support during pilots of new services.
  • Collect and record feedback from patients, stakeholders, and staff.
  • Assist in updating tools, guides, or documentation after improvements.
  • Support team briefings by preparing materials or summaries.
  • Actively participate in team discussions and awareness meetings.
  • Share feedback and insights gathered during stakeholder interactions.
  • Apply lessons learned directly to daily engagement activities.
  • Execute assigned tasks in line with departmental processes to ensure reliability of service.
  • Provide precise, timely feedback on operational gaps encountered in the field.
  • Attending and completing Pharmacovigilance, Pharma and Product Training provided by the Client with a clear understanding of how to collect and report safety data.
  • Reporting any adverse events/product complaints as per client’s requirements and/or Axios SOPPs.
  • Conduct all program activities through exclusive use of Axios’ Patient Management System (PMS).
  • Complete duties as assigned by your line manager.

  • Work closely with the team in the region.
  • Work with project team leaders as well as the related divisions of Axios.
  • Maintain ongoing and frequent communication with project team leaders including Axios regional and global staff.

Educational Background and Experience 

  • At least 2-5 years of professional experience in the healthcare sector is ideal
  • Excellent command of both spoken and written English
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Excellent networking skills
  • Experience in data monitoring and management is an advantage
  • Experience coordinating and handling logistics/supply chain is a plus
  • Experience in communication service management
  • In lieu of working experience, a demonstrated passion for philanthropy through volunteer involvement is also a plus

Job Circumstances 

  • The position is based in our Abu Dhabi office, and it requires frequent travel to hospitals, clinics, healthcare facilities, and partners which may be outside your designated region.
  • Flexibility in ability to travel as well as working hours is essential.
