Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Call Agent, based in Dubai. The Call Agent will be responsible for managing inbound and outbound calls, addressing customer inquiries, scheduling appointments, and maintaining accurate records. The role involves effective communication, customer support, and ensuring the highest level of service excellence in all interactions with clients. Additionally, Call Agents will collaborate with team members to meet performance goals and enhance customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in customer service, communication, and call handling
• Strong organizational skills and time management abilities
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to handle customer inquiries efficiently
• Basic computer literacy, including familiarity with CRM systems and data entry
• Fluent in English; additional language skills are a plus
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and collaborate with team members
• Previous experience in a call center or customer service role is advantageous
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications in customer service are beneficial
