We are looking for a professional and customer-focused Medical Call Center Agent with mandatory UAE healthcare experience to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for handling patient inquiries, scheduling appointments, following up with patients, and providing exceptional customer service while ensuring compliance with UAE healthcare standards.

Responsibilities

  • Answer incoming patient calls professionally and efficiently.
  • Schedule, reschedule, and cancel appointments for multiple doctors and specialties.
  • Respond to patient inquiries via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
  • Coordinate with doctors, nurses, and reception teams to ensure smooth patient flow.
  • Handle patient complaints professionally and escalate complex issues when necessary.
  • Provide accurate information regarding medical services, consultation fees, and clinic policies.
  • Meet daily and monthly call handling and patient service KPIs.
  • Ensure confidentiality of patient information in accordance with UAE healthcare regulations.

Requirements

  • UAE medical/healthcare experience is mandatory.
  • Minimum 1 year of experience in a medical call center, hospital, medical center, or clinic within the UAE.
  • Excellent English and Arabic communication skills.
  • Experience using healthcare CRM or EMR systems is prefferd.
  • Strong telephone etiquette and customer service skills.
  • Ability to multitask in a fast-paced healthcare environment.
  • Immediate joiners are preferred.

Pay: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
