Call Center Executive (Female) – Medical Center Experience Required

Green Life Medical Center is looking for a female Call Center Executive with strong experience in UAE medical centers or clinics. The ideal candidate must be Arabic-speaking and fluent in English, with excellent communication and customer service skills.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle incoming calls, WhatsApp inquiries, and appointment bookings
• Provide accurate information about medical services and packages
• Coordinate patient schedules with doctors and nursing staff
• Maintain patient records and follow-up lists
• Deliver excellent customer service to ensure patient satisfaction
• Assist with basic administrative and front-office duties when needed

Requirements

• Female candidates only (as per clinic requirements)
• Arabic speaker (Native or Fluent)
• English fluent (Very important)
• Minimum 1–2 years experience in a UAE medical center or clinic
• Knowledge of medical services, insurance, and appointment handling
• Strong communication, customer service, and multitasking abilities
• Professional attitude and presentable appearance
• Must be available in UAE for face-to-face interview
