Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role based in Dubai for a Call Center Representative (Pharmacist). The role involves interacting with customers via phone to provide accurate information and support regarding pharmaceutical products and services, addressing inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. Daily responsibilities include identifying and resolving customer concerns, managing orders, maintaining accurate records of customer interactions, and collaborating with internal teams to enhance service delivery. Candidates will be expected to continuously uphold high standards of professionalism and communication in line with the company's values.

Qualifications

• Strong Customer Service skills, including Customer Support and ensuring Customer Satisfaction
• Excellent Interpersonal Skills to communicate effectively and build rapport with customers
• Proficient in Computer Literacy to navigate software systems and record customer interactions
• Ability to manage inquiries and handle complex situations with professionalism
• Relevant experience in pharmacy or healthcare-related roles is advantageous
• Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy or related field (must be licensed to practice as a Pharmacist in the UAE)
