Job Summary:

We are looking for a responsible and organized Camp Boss to oversee the daily operations of the company labor accommodation in Ras Al Khaimah. The ideal candidate will ensure the camp is clean, safe, and well-maintained while managing accommodation, maintenance, housekeeping, and employee welfare.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee the day-to-day operations of the labor camp.

• Allocate rooms and maintain accommodation records.

• Ensure cleanliness, hygiene, and proper maintenance of camp facilities.

• Coordinate housekeeping, maintenance, catering, and transportation services.

• Conduct regular inspections to ensure health, safety, and hygiene standards are met.

• Handle employee accommodation requests and resolve camp-related issues.

• Monitor camp inventory, supplies, and equipment.

• Maintain discipline and ensure compliance with camp rules and company policies.

• Prepare daily and monthly reports related to camp operations.

• Coordinate with HR and management regarding accommodation and employee welfare.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Camp Boss or in a similar role.

• Knowledge of labor camp operations and accommodation management.

• Good communication and interpersonal skills.

• Basic knowledge of MS Word and MS Excel.

• Strong organizational and problem-solving abilities.

• Ability to work independently and efficiently.

Salary:

AED 2,000 per month

Pay: Up to AED2,000.00 per month
