Qualifications

• Proficiency in Phone Etiquette and Receptionist Duties
• Competence in Clerical Skills and related administrative tasks
• Strong Communication and Customer Service skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Fluency in Chinese and English; additional languages are a plus
• Previous experience in a healthcare setting is an advantage
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certification in Office Management is a bonus
