Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Client Relations Specialist based in Dubai. The Client Relations Specialist will be responsible for managing client accounts, ensuring customer satisfaction, and addressing customer inquiries and concerns. The role involves building and maintaining strong relationships with clients, facilitating communication, and working closely with relevant teams to deliver tailored solutions aligned with client needs. The role also requires regular reporting on customer feedback and maintaining a high level of professionalism in all client interactions.

Qualifications

  • Strong Interpersonal Skills and a client-focused mindset
  • Experience in Customer Satisfaction and Customer Support roles
  • Proven expertise in Client Relations and relationship management
  • Exceptional Communication skills, both verbal and written
  • Ability to identify and resolve issues effectively and efficiently
  • Experience in the healthcare or pharmaceutical industry is a plus
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Communication, or a related field
  • Proficiency in English; fluency in additional languages is an advantage
