Key Responsibilities

  • Provide EMDR therapy sessions in line with recognized clinical protocols
  • Conduct assessments, formulate treatment plans, and maintain clinical documentation
  • Work collaboratively with psychiatrists/psychologists and the wider clinical team
  • Ensure confidentiality, ethical practice, and compliance with local regulations
  • Participate in case discussions, care planning, and quality improvement activities

Requirements

  • Licensed/eligible to be licensed in the UAE ( DHA / DOH / MOH as applicable)
  • Formal training in EMDR (EMDRIA/EMDR Europe or equivalent preferred)
  • Relevant clinical experience delivering trauma-focused interventions
  • Strong communication skills and patient-centered approach
  • Immediate joining is a plus
