Role Description

This is a full-time, on-site role for a Clinic Receptionist at BellaViso Medical Center, located in Dubai. Day-to-day responsibilities include greeting and assisting patients, managing appointment scheduling, handling phone calls, performing receptionist duties such as managing the front desk, and maintaining an organized and professional medical office atmosphere. The Clinic Receptionist will play a crucial role in ensuring smooth operations and an excellent patient experience.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Appointment Scheduling and managing patient bookings
• Strong Phone Etiquette and communication skills
• Experience in general Receptionist Duties and managing front desk operations
• Knowledge of Medical Terminology and previous experience in a Medical Office environment
• Excellent interpersonal and organizational abilities
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced, patient-focused environment
• Proficient in basic computer systems and tools; familiarity with medical software is a plus
• Fluency in English is required; knowledge of additional languages is a plus
• High school diploma or equivalent; additional certifications related to medical office administration are advantageous
