Job Summary

We are seeking a reliable and proactive Part-time Collector to recover outstanding payments from clients and partner organizations. A key requirement of this role is the ability to make in-person visits to designated entities to ensure timely collections.

Key Responsibilities

• Visit client offices and partner organizations to collect outstanding payments.
• Deliver invoices, payment reminders, and official documents when necessary.
• Maintain accurate records of collections and report daily progress.
• Build and maintain professional relationships with clients to facilitate smooth payment processes.
• Coordinate with the finance and administration teams to ensure proper documentation.

Qualifications & Skills

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field.
• 1–2 years of experience in collections.
• Arabic language proficiency is essential; English proficiency is required at a very good level.
• Strong communication and negotiation skills.
• Must be able to travel and conduct in-person visits as a core part of the job.
• Trustworthy, organized, and detail-oriented.
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision.
