Job Summary We are seeking a highly experienced Consultant Gynecologic Oncology Surgeon with UK training to join a leading healthcare organization in Dubai. The ideal candidate will have advanced expertise in the diagnosis, surgical management, and treatment of gynecologic cancers, delivering evidence-based, patient-centered oncology care within a multidisciplinary environment.
Key Responsibilities
- Diagnose and manage gynecologic malignancies including ovarian, cervical, uterine, vulvar, and endometrial cancers
- Perform advanced gynecologic oncology surgeries including minimally invasive and robotic-assisted procedures
- Develop individualized cancer treatment plans in collaboration with multidisciplinary oncology teams
- Provide perioperative, postoperative, and long-term oncologic care
- Participate in tumor boards, clinical audits, and quality improvement initiatives
- Collaborate with medical oncology, radiation oncology, pathology, radiology, and supportive care teams
- Maintain accurate medical records and comply with DHA and international healthcare standards
- Contribute to medical education, research, and mentoring activities
Requirements
- Medical Degree with specialization in Obstetrics & Gynecology
- Fellowship/CCT or equivalent UK qualification in Gynecologic Oncology
- UK-trained candidate preferred
- DHA License Eligibility or active DHA License preferred
- Minimum 5–7 years of consultant-level experience in gynecologic oncology surgery
- Expertise in complex oncologic and minimally invasive surgical procedures
- Strong multidisciplinary collaboration and leadership skills
- Excellent communication and patient-management abilities
