Job Description

We are seeking a qualified Arabic-speaking Psychiatrist to join our healthcare team in Abu Dhabi. The ideal candidate will provide high-quality psychiatric care to a diverse patient population, with a strong ability to communicate effectively with Arabic-speaking patients and families.

The Psychiatrist will assess, diagnose, and treat various mental health conditions while working collaboratively with psychologists, therapists, and other medical professionals.

Key Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive psychiatric assessments and mental health evaluations
• Diagnose and treat mental health disorders
• Prescribe and manage psychiatric medications
• Provide psychotherapy and counseling when appropriate
• Develop individualized treatment plans for patients
• Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments accordingly
• Maintain accurate and confidential medical records
• Work collaboratively with a multidisciplinary healthcare team

Requirements

• Medical Degree (MBBS or equivalent)
• Specialization in Psychiatry (MD / MRCPsych or equivalent)
• Valid DOH / DHA / MOH license or eligibility
• Fluent in Arabic and English (spoken and written)
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in psychiatry
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills
