Content Creator & Social Media Executive

The Role

The Lakes Clinic is a private medical or wellness clinic operating within Dubai's specialist healthcare space, with a physical presence in JLT, Dubai. We're building a content operation segment that converts attention into patient appointments, and we need the person who makes that happen.

This is a full-time, in-clinic role. You will be on the floor capturing procedures, consultations, and the science behind what we do. You'll shoot, edit, and publish primarily short-form vertical video for Instagram and TikTok, with a direct line between your content's performance and your monthly income.

What You'll Actually Do

Production: Shoot and edit short-form content on-site using an iPhone or camera. Primary editing tools are CapCut and Adobe Premiere Pro. Turnaround speed matters because trends don't wait.

Strategy: Monitor platform trends weekly and adapt them to cognitive health and biohacking topics with the guidance of the Doctors at the facility. The content brief starts with you. You're not executing someone else's ideas; you're generating your own and defending them with a clear rationale for why they'll perform.

Community & Conversion: Manage comments and DMs across platforms. Your core metric isn't follower count. It's booked appointments traceable to your content.

Desired Candidate Profile

What We're Looking For

Prior experience in short-form content creation with a demonstrable track record, meaning posts that have actually performed, not just a profile that exists. Familiarity with health, wellness, or science content is an advantage but not a requirement. What is required is the ability to make technical subject matter accessible and watchable within the first three seconds of a video.

Compensation Structure

Fixed Base: AED 4,000 per month.

Viral Tier: A bonus is triggered for every post that exceeds 100,000 views or 4,000 likes.

Conversion Tier: Commission is paid for every patient booking directly attributed to your content. There is no ceiling on the performance tiers. A strong month of output is directly reflected in your take-home.
