We are seeking a professional and patient-focused Call Center Agent to join our premium aesthetic clinic. The ideal candidate will be confident on the phone, highly organized, and passionate about delivering an excellent patient experience.
Key Responsibilities
- Handle inbound calls to book, confirm, and reschedule patient appointments
- Respond to patient inquiries regarding services, treatments, and clinic policies
- Make outbound calls for appointment reminders, follow-ups, and client re-engagement
- Professionally promote current services, packages, and limited-time offers
- Accurately update and maintain patient records in the CRM system
- Coordinate closely with the front desk, nurses, and doctors to ensure smooth patient flow
- Maintain strict patient confidentiality and detailed call documentation
Requirements
- Minimum 1 year of call center or customer service experience
(Healthcare or medical aesthetics experience is a strong advantage)
- Excellent spoken English (additional languages are a plus)
- Friendly, empathetic, and patient-focused communication style
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced, client-focused environment
