Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role for a Customer Service Representative located in Dubai, United Arab Emirates. The Customer Service Representative will be responsible for managing client interactions, addressing inquiries, and resolving customer concerns to ensure a high level of customer satisfaction. The role includes providing personal assistance to clients, maintaining appointment schedules, and offering ongoing support to enhance the overall customer experience at the clinic.

Qualifications

• Strong skills in Customer Service, Customer Satisfaction, and Customer Experience management
• Proficiency in Customer Support and handling client inquiries efficiently
• Exceptional communication skills and ability to interact professionally with a diverse clientele
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with excellent problem-solving and organizational skills
• Previous experience in a face-to-face customer service role or in the healthcare/aesthetic industry is a plus
• Proficiency in English and Arabic is required
• High school diploma or equivalent is required; a degree in a related field is preferred
