Job Description: For Saudi only. We are seeking a professional and customer-oriented Customer Service Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will handle client inquiries, provide exceptional service, and ensure a positive customer experience. This role requires excellent communication skills, a polished appearance, and previous experience in hospitality, tourism, or healthcare sectors. ⸻ Responsibilities: • Greet and assist customers in a friendly and professional manner. • Handle customer inquiries and resolve complaints efficiently. • Maintain a high level of product and service knowledge. • Coordinate with other departments to ensure customer satisfaction. • Manage phone calls, emails, and in-person communication with clients. • Ensure compliance with company policies and service standards. ⸻ Requirements and Qualifications: • Diploma degree or higher in Business Administration, Hospitality, or a related field. • Minimum 2 years of experience in customer service or client-facing roles. • Experience in the tourism, hospitality, or healthcare industry is preferred. • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English (Arabic is a plus). • Well-groomed and professional appearance. • Strong problem-solving and interpersonal skills. • Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks.
