Role Description The Customer Service Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Manama. This role involves greeting and assisting patients, managing appointment bookings and inquiries in person and over the phone, and providing clear information about services, procedures, and preparation requirements. Responsibilities include handling patient registrations, updating records, coordinating with clinical and administrative teams, and addressing concerns to ensure a positive patient experience. The position also requires managing payment-related queries, maintaining a professional reception area, and following communication and privacy protocols in line with healthcare standards.
Qualifications

  • Strong customer-facing skills, including experience as a Customer Service Representative and in general Customer Service.
  • Ability to provide responsive Customer Support and maintain high levels of Customer Satisfaction.
  • Focus on delivering a positive Customer Experience in a healthcare or service-oriented setting.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English; Arabic proficiency is an advantage.
  • Comfort with basic computer systems, scheduling software, and patient information management.
  • High level of professionalism, empathy, and discretion when working with patients and medical information.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks in a busy environment.
  • Previous experience in healthcare reception or medical customer service is preferred; relevant training or certification is a plus.
