We are looking for a dynamic and customer-focused Dental Call Center Executive to join our growing healthcare team.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound and outbound patient calls professionally.

Schedule, confirm, and manage appointments efficiently.

Follow up with patients regarding treatments and appointments.

Respond to patient inquiries through phone, WhatsApp, and email.

Coordinate with doctors, reception, and other departments to ensure excellent patient service.

Maintain accurate patient records in the clinic management system.

Work Location: In person
