• Welcome and assist patients, providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a seamless client experience.
• Proactively anticipate patient needs and efficiently manage appointment scheduling.
• Support senior doctors and clinic staff by maintaining a well-organized and professional front desk.
• Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to achieve individual and clinic goals.
• Manage administrative tasks, including patient documentation and follow-ups.
